NOTE : GOODS RETURNED WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED TO OUR HEAD OFFICE (SALFORD) WITH A VALID GOODS RETURN NOTE, WHICH IS AVAILABLE FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 0845 257 0668 OR SUPPORT@TRUVAPE.CO.UK

For Non-Faulty Goods

Please return the item to Truvape unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Returned products must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post and we regret that e-liquids cannot be returned. Please advise us of the fault and we can give you our freepost address.

Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty, you have 30 days in which to return it to us. For orders that have been damaged in transit please contact us on 0845 257 0668 before 2 pm on the next working day following delivery to report this. We also ask that you send an e-mail to support@truvape.co.uk. Upon receipt of your returned order, we will repair or replace the product/faulty component.
